Batman Versus Azrael, Nightwing & Robin (Tim Drake)

Could Batman defeat his proteges? Or would the underlings of the Bat defeat their master?
Post your own scenarios. Will Batman take them out one by one, or will they gang up and defeat him?
Fight one:
The environment is the one shown in picture: A big mansion with the stuff that mansion have. Batman gets one hour of preptime, but he cant take any devices with him. He will make his plan on empty room. He is thrown in the mansion, and he gets half a hour to set up the place to fit his plan. He gets the following bat-devices:
Six batarangs
Two Bat-Bolas
Two sleep gas grenades.
Two tear gas grenades.
Two smoke bombs.
Gas mask.
The others have their usual equipment.
Fight two:
They fight in the mansion yard. It is an garden. All the fighters have their usual equipment. Can Batman's skill come out in top, or do the others win with sheer numbers?

Nightwing:
On the I.Q. scale, Nightwing is a bit below Batman's near genius level, but he is in no way a slouch. With regards to his detective skills, they are second only to the Dark Knights. What he lacks in raw intelligence, he makes up for in superb leadership skills.An excellent hand-to-hand combatant, Nightwing learned his fighting skills from the Batman, thus their skills are very similar and a blend of various styles. But in general, their fighting styles favor Aikido and Jeet-Kune-Do.
Nightwing's style does differ with respect to his being a near-flawless gymnast and greater natural athlete. These traits lend themselves toward a more flowing, free form style of combat. Thus making Nightwing an excellent hand-to-hand combatant.
His current costume houses numerous concealed devices: swing lines, med.-kit, tazer, etc., all of which are contained in his gauntlets and boots. Also included in the suit are holsters, located on his back, for a pair of escrima fighting sticks
Robin:
Robin has aquired a fair amount of detective and martial arts skill from the greatest detective in the world and the most dangerous person in the world, Lady Shiva. He is felt to be more qualified than previous Robins because of his emphasis on detective skills and his computer know how.Robin carries a collapsable bo staff which doubles as a blow dart gun. Robin's R symbol has multiple uses, as a bladed weapon, as a grappling hook, and as an anchor. Robin has a utility belt that contains various gas capsules to do everything from obscure vision to induce vomiting and unconciousness. The belt contains a remote contol for the Red Bird and various other devices for comunication. Robins mask has lenses to give him night vision.
Azrael:
A computer science post graduate student Jean Paul Valley's computer skills outstrip Tim Drake's and are possibly second only to Oracle's. He has been desribed as having instinctive genius, but is not as smart or canny as Batman and has limited knowledge with which to apply his intelligence.Jean Pauls training from Batman added to his wide range of fighting techniques imparted by "The System" making him highly skilled as a hand to hand combatant, possibly as skilled as batman but lacking Batman's experiance and finesse.
Being a genetically engineered person with the inclusion of certain animal DNA in his own, Azrael has been given greater strength than the human norm, he has been known to hurl large stone alters and steel objects possibly weighing one or two tonnes, however these powers are only available to Azrael and not Jean Paul. The costume is a neccessary trigger for "The System" to impart him with his "Angelic Wrath" giving him his strength and enhanced reflexes and speed.
Every Azrael has carried a Flaming sword, including the current one. While in possession of a flaming sword Jean Paul generally does not use it instead he makes his weapon of choice the retractable flaming Bundi Daggers housed in the forearms of his gauntlets. Independantly fueled and made from high tech alloys of the Orders invention they are sharp and immune to ordinary wear.The costume Azrael curently wears was designed by Nomoz after his failed first tussel with Batman. Incorporating the advanced Order technology that created the silent hovercraft, the universal solvent, and the Azraels themselves, Nomoz crafted a fireproof and bulletproof fabric that resembles a weave of Kevlar and Nomex materials.
