Define Nu Metal

Ok, before we get into a million replies of "Crap" etc.. let's try and keep it constructive! 😛

How do you define a nu metal band, and who would you classify as one?

I don't count Nu-metal as a music genre.

Why are we even touching on this? Simply put, "nu metal" was a label for bands that played hard rock with rap styled vocals, and sometimes a D.J.

The genre is dead and gone...

Yep. Lasted barely 10 years and only produced about 7 good bands, shame.
