Yes, weaker magic can slow Superman down--stronger magic can kill him. Thor making a big ass storm raining down lightning on him, while using hurricane force winds and vortexes to keep him disoriented would take Superman out. If he really, really had to, there's always his godly essence blast. Mjolnir has powerful mojo--more than enough to KO Superman.

I think Marvel is gonna make him uberly powerful just so people cant say Superman will win.

But at the end of the day Superman will always be the industries icon(along with Batman ofcourse).
