healthy is sexy.

nothing more, nothing less. 🙂

How do you define healthy though?

Is healthy the women who is 100 lbs and barely eats or is healthy the 140 - 150 lb women who eats big portions?

Back in the Medieval times if a person was "plump" they were considered healthy. Now a days it seems that the skinnier you are, the healthier you are.

healthy is just that, healthy.

every body for itself. accepting yourself physically in the best you can be.

and also, working to achieve that healthy body.

this is a different concept than the one saying people are beautiful just the way they are.MANY are not. some are anorexic while others suffer from obesity. neither is healthy. 😬

sitting on your 300 pounds ass is not beautiful. working to get down to your ideal body mass is.🙂

I wish more people thought like you Punky. 😊

I do work out everyday but I know that I will never have 6 pack abs and never be skinnier then I am right now. I accept that and think I am fine the way I am. ✅

Seems these runway models who are 95lbs are dictating what Hollywood actresses should be like in turn what the normal (actress) person should be .. It's almost like programmed in us that we should like that ... shit I think I would fracture my pelvic bone if I engaged in sexual relations with some runway "model" ... Sex is sex, yes, but a long term relationship is based on so much more. Only if more people actually understood it not "know" that ...

Shit of course I don't want to be trading body fluids with some fatty, but as Roland pointed out, the media likes to take it to extremes and make any normal woman (physically) and make them think there fat ..

^ Yup.

People put too much emphasis on body image and not enough emphasis on what that person is really like underneath.

As far as those runway models/actresses go, give me a curvy girl any day, you can keep those walking skeletons. 😘

None of any your business though really, is it; as to what people do to their own bodies.

yeah. exactly.

You try to be the best you can be. and the best of you is whats sexy.😄

I have accepted the fact that I'll never be tall or leggy. I'm small and petite. But I eat right. I go to the gym. and I swim. and I love myself the way i am. 😊

Of course it's not. But is it good for people to not eat or eat excessively?

As pointed out in the movie "Super Size Me", people are more apt to point out to smokers how unhealthy it is to smoke. But those same people would not walk up to a severely underweight/overweight person and ridicule them about their weight.

As equally pointed out in the south park episode butt out. But why should it be any different, as far as I'm concerned people shouldn't be able to tell people; how much to eat, or to smoke.

Haha I wasn't asking her to do a spread in playboy counselor, just explaining that others (media) shouldn't dictate how a person should act or what they should be.

Exactly, that was our point ..

Yeah, that's fair enough no one should. Though I suppose every thing's an issue of interpretation.

I like both top and bottom on someone... but reading through this I have to add.. seems to me that the more 'curvy' girl is getting more attention lately. Maybe not in the media so much as I see it through friends and family.

I'd love to ..

I don't need you to tell me how ****ing good my coffee is, ok? I'm the one who buys it. I know how good it is. When Bonnie goes shopping, she buys shit. I buy the gourmet expensive stuff 'cause when I drink it, I wanna taste it. But you know what's on my mind right now? It ain't the coffee in my kitchen. It's the dead ****** in my garage.

Classic

Do you feel that the reason woman do not express there sexual desires more often in public is because they will be labeled a whore or etc. And if you are one of the woman that feel that way? ..etc.

I' m very comfortable with expressing my desires to anyone, and am a proud and confident woman who exudes sensuality. I cherish the intimacy of physical attraction. As a woman deeply in touch with my sexuality, I definitely know how to thoroughly enjoy myself and know exactly what I need for my own pleasure!

The way the media makes women think they aren't pretty/skinny/sexy enough.

I manage to overlook the pressure that society and the media impose on women. It is up to you to decide whether or not the media overpowers who you are and how you think.

I think it's ridiculous how some of the women in the magazines look, I mean yes they are sexy but do the women you see everyday look like that? No, and if any do, it's only one or two of them.

What I find sexy and what the media finds sexy are completely different.

The media images should not be seen as targets or goals, but as works of art. Media images today are nothing more than artistic stylings of our age. The flaws of humanity stripped out of their faces and bodies in order to sell and seduce. Beautiful to look at, but not realistic images of beauty.
