Close one. The Omega Effect probably wouldn't affect Thor. They are pretty equal in terms of raw power. Could go either way.

If it's current "I used to give the entire JLA trouble but now I get my ass handed to me by a solo Superman" Darkseid then Thor wins.

He could block the omega beams with his hammer, and just overpower Darkseid. Superman has done it about two or three times now.

It's sad to see how DC has nerfed one of it's coolest villains.
