even if Bat can dodge some of them samus can shoot lasers extremly powerfull and very fast , and even if bat blow a hit at samus she wouldn become much danaged , since she has tecnology a lot more advanced than bat

Yeah, I think Batman's a bit outmatched here w/o prep time. Unless Samus' armor is vulnerable to EM shocks.

Batman uses the batcomputer to hack into Samus suit and overwrites the defense mechanisms. Rendiring Samus defenseless then Batman smacks Samus. Batman wins this one easy.

Samus is still physically enhanced without the suit ya know... With it it's not even a fight. Without, it'd be slightly superior skills (Samus was trained by the Chozo from about age 4, Batman's still better h2h but she's no slouch) against well superior physical traits. And since when can the Bat computer hack stuff as advanced as Samus's suit?
