Must be a team of six with two back up members or reservists.
This team must be able to handle things like, topple a foreign government, retrieval of POW, perform government assassinations, and various types of wetwork jobs.
One rule: must limit to one supernatural being as like one being possessing vaste powers. Nothing like "Thor and Gladiator".
Be creative. Pick from any comic company and must respect characters actual morality codes.

I like the that set up except for Task and Death. Aren't they kinda similar in abilities? Then again, you have one in b/u

Morph(from Exiles would be incredibly cool)
Kitty Pride(way too underrated and in a Black Ops would rock)
Batman(resources as well as the best damn detective around. With him on the team no one will ever even know they were there)
Deadpool
Reserve:
Maverick(all those guns don't make for much stealth, but he could do it if he wanted to. Not to mention how valuable he'd be in a fight)
Dust(for all those places where there's just a lil' crack in the door 😄)
Nightcrawler(Well d'uh! I'll just put him here in case Kitty gets hurt on the job.)

A few problems with your selection such as Kitty Pryde, Batman and Nighcrawler. I quote

Those guys won't kill. No way. So gotta pick other members who won't have a problem killing for a greater good or just killing for the fun of it.
