Still it shows that when Thor doesn't have mjolnir, Hulk usually has the upperhand in the fights, even though I think that fight ended in a stalemate.

i never said Thor without Hammer is > Hulk

Hulk was kicking thor's ass without hammer.

but when Thor had the hammer , Hulk was scared.

Thor > Hulk with hammer

Hulk > Thor without hammer
