i've seen boxers train and knock the bag to the ceiling with just one jab.And this is just local guys from my area!nothing bruce did was spectacular,only ove .I've seen all those old lee videos and none of them impressed me.The one inch punch? 🙄
I did that to my brother just as an example to show how easy that was.
