UDP Ports

I'm trying to open the UDP ports on my pc/router (im assuming they're on the router with the tcp ones which ive just opened), and am having trouble doing so...

My router is a zyxel 623R-T1, and i use Norton 2004 Firewall...

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
