to say 'anything' would mean something as opposed to nothing 😛
but yeah, a powerful tool the internet is.
however, you take the good with the bad.
for every bit of valid information you seek, you have to deal with exponentially more bits of misinformation. for every item you wish to purchase from a ligament online retailer, there are a million cheap crappy items from scam artists and knockoff dealers. (ebay, perfect example).
the other downfall of the internet is the lack of permanence of information, since sites are always shutting down due to lack of funds and/or interest by the creator.
