What happened to Shaak ti

she was in the clone wars right up to the last one and grievous didnt kill her he strung her up on some electrified wire thing.

the last i read of her she was supposed to be searching for a missing chancellor shortly before RotS... that was in Labyrinth of Evil. i think grievous killed her in that

Ya, she was killed by Anakin in the Jedi Temple. She survived her encounter with GG and later got killed by Vader.
