MM can take SHAZAM(!!!!!!!) and Thor can certianly take a regular armored Ironman.

Plus, MM can pretty much windwipe them both.

Shazam (Marvel) might not be vulnerable to telepathy...not sure about that. And Tony has to have some sort of neural inhibitor or something in his arsenal. I still stick with Thor and MM. Thor's the most powerful guy on either team (not by a whole lot, but he is). I'd match him with Cpt. Marvel...it would be a long fight, but Thor would pull it out (there have been threads on this fight, and "Thor wins" is the general consensus). And I can't see Tony beating a well-written MM. At worst, MM could keep Tony occupied long enough for Thor to provide reinforcement.

Current CM takes Thorr out and I'm not sure about MM. Tony is dead unless CM gives him magic help.

Current Capt could win this by himself. But if this is classic CM then I have to give this to Thor's team because I think MM can take IM then it would be 2 on 1.
