Bishop Versus Strong Guy

Think about this one.
They both have mutant abilities similiar to eachother

I say a stalemate

It seems Bishop can take more than SG, his limit is nearly unknown at the time.
SG has to constantly unload or be in seething pain, too much of a distraction to really beat Bishop.

Be an awesome fight though...stalemate until SG passes out from taking in too much pain.

I thought SG just absorbs as much energy as needed to make himself stronger?

He can, but it puts him in immense pain.
AND, he must release the built up power, or he'd pass out.
