Imperial Guard vs Avengers

IMPERIAL GUARD:
Gladiator
Titan
Smasher
Earthquake
Mentor
Warstar
Starbolt
Tempest
Hobgoblin II
Quasar II
Electron

VS

AVENGERS:
Thor
Giant Man
Wonder Man
Captain America
Vision
Wasp
Iron Man
Jim Hammond (the original Human Torch)
Genis-Vell
Quicksilver
Quasar I

Who wins?

Thor would be matched up with glads therefore keeping him busy, while the other avengers heavy hitters namely Quasar, Genis Vell, Wonderman and Ironman could easily take out the rest of the Imperial Guard. Especially without Oracle in their roster.

Avengers definitely take this.

Well ofcourse the Avengers could take it because they have Captain America he is 1 of the most not the most but 1 of the most best characters to be put in the Avengers.
