Netscape Browser + Java = Not Working

Alright I use netscape browser and none of the smileys on here (the moving ones, I should say) DONT move.. Plus whenever I go to different sites if I try and load a picture it doesnt come up..same with animations or videos, etc.
Any help for me? I think it has something to do with Java or something.

Now its not loading signatures and pictures all the way. Just halfway..My signature is only showing half of our faces chair

my idea would that there is something wrong with the cache
but i'm using firefox, so no idea 😕
