Is Jar-Jar Binks a Woman?

A Friend of mine just saw the Phantom Menace for the first time, and he's sure that Jar-Jar Binks is a woman.

I'm really confused now.

Watch TPM again with that in mind. It changes the movie completely. I just did. It's amazing!. Not it a good way though.
