TPM Obi-Wan vs. ANH Obi-Wan

I know these guys are no where near as powerful as Jedi Master Obi-Wan at his peak, who totally rocked the house in ROTS. But who do you think is better? Obi-Wan approaching the end of his padawanship, or Obi-Wan as an old man who hasn't practised his skills for like twenty years?
