Why do we have night terrors?

Lately ive been having some horrible night terrors,so anyone know why we have em? 🙁

stop checking yourself in the mirror before you go to sleep 😆

did you eat something? i have good dreams after eating bananas😑

you dream about things you look at or hear subliminally most of the time, so, if you want a nice dream, subliminally watch playboy tv 😊
