Saving Macromedia Flash player videos

Is Saving Macromedia Flash Player videos passable? if so does anyone know how?

you need a flash decompiler i think...

the way i do it is to viwe source, find the reference to the flash file, put that into Frontpage, then right click it from there and save target as
