Where's my Siggy?

okay i requested a siggy a while ago and some1 said they'd make one 4 me but that was months ago. i can't remember who it was now. i don't even know where i requested the siggy in order to see if any1 else accepted. so i'm requesting in my own thread so i can keep track.

can somebody please HELP ME!
