Yeah, he served Kreia when she barely even had use of the Force, she was using a sword for cryin out loud. We saw him bow down to her when she became Darth Traya again...

But yeah, Sion's pretty low on my list. The only Sith lords below him IMO are Suit Vader and Bandon.

If it is potential I say Anakin, before he looses any limbs (so I guess AotC before the Dooku duel)
