1. Darkclaw: A cross between Wolverine and Batman, you don't want to get on the wrong side of this guy. Both heroes are pretty cranky and tough, so Darkclaw is VERY cranky and tough.
2. Elektra: A martial arts expert and assasin. One flick of her Sais and she could kill a whole family. She'd be good for spying on people too, because she can move around without being seen. Also she's used to pain because she's died once.
3. Beast Boy: The funny guy of the group. He can do almost anything, he change into a bird and fly, turn into a cheeta and run really fast, and a bunch of other stuff.
4.Cyborg: Half human, half robot. He's good for hacking into computers, he just has to plug himself in.
5. Daredevil: The man without fear, he's good for fighting people with guns and stuff, because he can hear them coming and dodge the bullets.
6. John Constantine: An exorcist, superheroes don't really fight soldier demons that have possessed people that much, but it's good to be prepared.
7. Raven: A telekinetic goth girl who can levitate nearly anything with a quick spell.
8. Wolverine: I know Darkclaw IS Wolverine, but you can't replace the original.
9. Indiana Jones: An Archeologist/Adventurer who feels at home in an ancient temple, surrounded by booby traps and holding a whip and pistol.
10. Jack Sparrow: A slightly mad pirate turned good guy. He used to be the captain of the cursed ship, The Black Pearl, until one crew member turned the others against Jack. He escaped from the island the crew stranded him on and travelled to Port Royale, where he met Elizabeth Swan and Will Turner. Elizabeth got kidnapped, Jack and Will saved her, blah blah blah, and they all lived happily ever after Anyway he's pretty cool.
11. Van Helsing: A monster slayer on a quest to find out about his past, a lot like his team mate Wolverine. Give him a Gas Propelled Crossbow and a few silver stakes and he turns into bad guy killing machine.
I know a few of these aren't comic book heroes, but they're still heroes.
Here's the team of "good guys" and antiheroes from our Marvel RPG (Note not all have been together at the same time... Cable, Cyclops, and Lasher are dead. Rogue is either dead or in stasis. Daredevil, Dr Strange, Gambit, Magneto, and Venom have simply disappeared and the Torch has been unconscious (or not posting) for most of the battle. So at the moment we got the Punisher, Scream, Storm, and Wolverine.)
