Lol no..that's the point of Jean's costume being Jean's costume and Emma's being Emma's. Emma would look awkward and confined in the Phoenix outfit (hence her Phoenix uniform was a bit more revealing...its like the P. Force KNEW...), whereas Jean would look foolish and awkard in the infamous outfits of Emma Frost.
