Her ears pointed straight upwards as she picked up a small noise in the tall grass. She leapt from the cover of the trees and pounced onto something hidden in the grass. She snarled, then raised her head to reveal a half dead rabbit clamped tightly in her jaws. She trotted back to the tree and dropped it at the boys feet.
As Jin stood there, in wait of his answer, the girl reached for his arm and then began to speak about how Jin had tripped earlier, the day that he first met her. Pointing towards the crumbled cabin she continued to say that that was where he had fallen and gotten the scar on his arm.
As the girl continued to speak, Jin’s memory slowly began to reappear. Yes, I remember now. I was running towards a sound. Someone had drowned and was screaming for help. I was curious as to how the person’s life would be saved, so I ran towards the voice, whilst climbing and jumping on the cabins. After I saw that the screaming had succumbed, I stood on top of a cabin, trying to see what had unfolded. Unknowingly, I stepped on an old piece of wood, which gave in to my weight. Suddenly I fell and my arm was caught in one of the sharp wood planks. After squirming around, I finally came loose, but then hit the ground, knocking myself unconscious. It must have been at that time that my most valuable gift had fallen off.
Coming back to the conversation, Jin heard “-n the ashes of the roof.” A breeze began to blow through the room, and as it did, Jin’s hair swayed into his eyes. It scurried from right to left, left to right, trying to escape the wrath of the five enforcers. (Personification?) Although the hair did distort his vision, somewhat, Jin left his trusty sidekick at bay.
Jin continued to stare and listen to the girl, but she had finished talking. It was now his turn to perform. As she looked into his dark eyes, a hazel color began to break free. (Normally, his eyes are very dark, almost black, but other times there dark brown with a bit of hazel.) Jin instinctively reached for his arm, with the other, and removed the girls’ hand. Although it seemed to be rough, Jin was actually very gentle with it.
Breaking eye contact, Jin gazed at the pendant and used both his hands to slowly pick up his priceless belonging. Rubbing it with his hand, Jin almost let out a tear. I swear that I will never lose you again., Jin said, as he held the pendant to his chest.
Walking away, Jin turned back and noticed the girl was still frozen at her place. With a silent but sincere voice, Jin whispered, “I’m sorry for my earlier actions, but…thank you! I will not forget this.” As he concluded the conversation, Jin walked through the door frame, revealing an elegant breeze passing him by. As he marched on, walking to his abominable home, Jin pulled out the necklace and put it back on; placing the pendant into the markings, which had been imprinted onto his chest.
~Btw, was the "promise of a lifetime", you mentioned earlier, about Eric leaving you when you two were supposed to spend eternity together, because he turned you into a blood sucker? Just guessing 😄.~
((OOC: Not Eric there you bonehead, Alex. Haha. But yes, you guessed right. Nice going.))
His skin brushed against hers as he removed her touch and took the necklace back into his possession. She continued to stand there, dazed, as he began to walk away.
She felt his presence slowly disappear as the distance between them got further and further. As it became so, a flash splotched ((Uhm...??)) through her mind and she quickly shut her eyes and shook her head. What just happened? She asked herself, looking around, snapping from the daze.
Where am I? And what time is it? She lifted her wrist to about mid-range realizing she didn't have a watch. She turned to the door and began to walk towards it, gettign a sense of what time it was.
The sky ws once again growing a bit dark as the light from the sun began to dim. Taikze looked over the lake at the beautiful set of the sun. As she watched as the large neon orange ball fell slwoly behind the water, she began to realize that it didn't seem to long ago that it had just become light.
How long were we in there? She asked herself as little drops or wetness began making way on her arms. She looked up and realized that it was beginning to rain. As soon as she noticed this, a smile lit up on her face. She loved the rain. She loved the smell it gave off, the sound it made when hitting things, she loved the way it felt and in all beauty it gave.
In a way, she hoped it to coem out to be a thunder storm. Those always interested her the most. The crackling sound of lightening, the scary thought of getting hit, but still the risk of standing out there at the same time. She loved it. Dark grey clouds lighting up in some areas that the thunder rolled through.
It all just seemed to right for her when it rained.
As Ty stood there, everything that just happened began to wash away as the rain poured down on her and everyting else. She stood up straight, lettign her hands drop to her side, and her head level, and let the tears from the mysts devour her.
Her hair soon fell from its messy bun and begn to bleed onto her face like strings of veins, only making her look more mystifying. Her clothes began to dampen by much as they began to cling onto her slender fit body. She closed her eyes and stood there, thinking, listening, hearing, feeling, wanting.
Her body and mind fell quiet as she stood there in the rain. No thoughts nor visions of the past. No signs of soemthing that wasn't her. Nothing. Just her. In the rain. The sound of roaring silence beneath the pitter-patter of the rain.
The rain and the night made the perfect mix to Taikze. She loved it. As the tears poured from the sky, the bright eyes of the heavens ((Just thought it sounded good)) began to close. It was all just so beautiful.
((OOC: What'd you think of that post? I think I recall reading how Zake and the wolf said it started rainging or something, so I just added my mind and liking into Taikze. What she's doing now is what I've always wanted to do. Still waiting actually. Okay, well I don't know why, just thought I'd add some random background commentary. Haha))
~I loved dancing in the rain during lunch, at school. Although it did seem kinda freaky for all the people driving by, it was really fun. I think they thought I was performing some kind of ritual lol. The following day up until the end of the week, I had a nasty fever 😂, but it was worth it.~
Moral: Never start dancing in the rain, in a circle, while listening to an MP3 player, really loudly, while wearing black clothes, and covering your face. The police were almost called on me 😛.
((OOC- Love the color. Mostly I like any dark colors. And pants. Mom won't let me buy pants from hot topic so I stick wih the ones I have. Black tank tops, baggy shirts, boys board shorts and jakcets. Oh and pants. My usual style mix. And yes, I wear jackets with tank tops even if it is really hott out. Doesn't affect me too much. I'm an insecure girl raised to be the way she is by her unsatisfied mother. But hey, I bet you didn't need to know that so scratch it all. Peace OUT! Haha))
