(Well, seeing as it's almost morning, Andro will return to his quarters. It looks like the Abbot is almost done with Gallagher anyhow. I think this next day will be a big one, and we'll probably need to work together to pull it off.)

Very well then, yes- unless Gallagher wishes to press the Abbot further on anything, this is a good time to end the day and move on.

I really should end the day on Cassilis as well, but I shall give ROan and co a couple more chances to actually ask anything.

Ok!
I have a goal!!
I'm so excited!
My goal is "Is it feasable for me to suspect Kuylen as the theif?" (that I was talking to you about...)
So I shall go talk to Skorzeny because asking Kuylen the last question was not good.
And I want to take me and Sunda to the Negociations...

Err, did you not want to ask Kuylen what I kinda just told you to do so?

Otherwise, so noted.

I would ask, but no, the Boyar are sexist pigs... *kicks things*

Anyway, I guess I'm just letting you know that I'm still alive, since I can't think of something useful that Jelena could be doing, other than more tests with that device she found.

Does it have to connect with those 'teeth' to access things, or can it be used remotely?

That was only a first impressions thing, you know. Anaz isn't used to women being in authority (not in the direct sense, anyway; the subtle part the women of the Boyar have played in their history is a different matter), but that doesn't mean he's going to pat you on the head and give you sweeties every time he sees you. At this point, he's not going to respond to you any worse than with Roan.

And no, it can't be remote. Its tendrils have to contact something. In fact, this is important, because it sticks to things quite firmly, and takes a while to remove once it gets stuck in.

(Andro returns to his quarters, to tell Gallagher of what he's learned. Just not sure if Gallagher is done with Abbot or not. Not trying to rush anyone, just making sure it's not me holding things up. I know Ush has been especially busy lately.)

Yup indeed, onto Day 4 for you guys. You have a scheduled hockey match in the morning for all of you, so no-one can sneak around and do stuff then. What conclusions have you guys reached?

(Well, so far, we've found that the aspidrol is being brought into this facility and diverted to the 'Tranquil Repose', a cover for the massive amounts of the drug supposedly being used here. Tranquil Repose was supposed to be a place to store terminally ill patients cryogenically until their conditions could be cured. Unfortunately, all of those patients are dead, the aspidrol that was supposed to support them being stolen for illegal distribution. unsure whether this place began as an honest operation and was subverted, or was originally set up as a cover for the drug operation.
We know now that Father Varm is involved, having spotted him in the 'Repose', where he then implicated Dr. Mirani, by having a conversation about the place over a comm. Varm is nailed. Dr. Mirani needs to be investigated further to gather more solid evidence against him, and to see just how 'deep' he is in this scheme. Kathya, by association and nature of her interactions with Varm is also implicated, we also need to track down more evidence on her. We also need to be on the lookout for other involved, as I'm sure there are.
We also know that the Abbot is in danger from his subordinates, and his time is running out. Also, the 'final harvest' is today, not sure what that means, but surely has something to do either with the drugs, the patients in the Tranquil Repose, or both. Either way, time is not on our side, and today stands a good chance of being the most important yet.
Not sure what to make of Galagher's convo with the Abbot, other than it would be horrible to let him die, still unsure whether he is somehow involved in the drugs, or how/why Varm will supplant him. Anything to add gallagher?

Yes. Based on what we've found and heard, I have no reason to doubt that Varm intends to get the Abbott into Tranquil Repose. It's perfect: Abbott Sienar has a terminal illness that has no known cure, and I'm supposing that the last harvest is the last batch of patients with terminal illnesses that need to be shipped into Tranquil Repose for future healing. I mean, they can get more shipments of aspidrol if they have more people.

And I'm supposing that this is before Varm and Kathya have to leave the complex. They're not here for THEIR health, they're here because the Abbott is.

I also forgot Deel Twain. Still can't figure out what that was all about, but I strongly suspect his involvement. He's a vary wealthy businessman, definitely could be the bankroll for the operation. His 'body' being found in Varm's quarters and then his sudden appearance at the Synod's area are suspicious, at least to me.

I don't think the Abbot is bound for the Tranquil Repose. Whether he dies, is put in stasis, or simply moves on, Varm and Kathya have no reason to stay. It seems that the operation here is about to come to an end, one way or another. We'd like to be that end, of course. Also, when the operation is over, the true nature of Tranquil Repose may be discovered, unless Dr. Mirani is left in charge of that. Finding the Abbot's body inside may point to Varm and Kathya, under the right circumstances.

All put together, I'd say either Varm or Kathya is in charge. They used the Abbot's condition (maybe they even had something to do with him catching it!) to get on Spiridos, home of the perfect cover for aspidrol smuggling, Tranquil Repose. Enlisting the help and expertise of Dr. Mirani, and perhaps Deel Twain's money, they went about 'converting' the Tranquil Repose for their use. I wasn't able to determine whether or not the drugs actually went there or not, Varm messed that up for me. Either way I suspect that the drugs are leaving from the Synod's personal dock, and if he is involved, maybe Twain has one they use as well.

As I said earlier, I think the operation is planned to end today, so we better act fast. I was thinking of either watching the Tranquil Repose or the Synod's docks for activity. Hopefully, we'll catch all involved in one place or the other, I doubt we have time for more sneaking around. I'm just not sure how to proceed. Zaland and I can get into fights, but Gallagher can't without revealing he's a Jedi, and even then, without his saber I'm not sure how safe he'll be. (Do you have many offensive force powers? I can't remember.) What do you guys think so far?)

I am positive he's bound for Tranquil Repose.

I have many offensive powers, but Gallagher, being an Acolyte, is weak in regards to offensive use of the Force.

(You could be right, I wasn't refusing to believe you. It does make a certain ammount of sense. What is our next move?)

Ehh..
I missed that. Just kinda skimmed through the post thinking it was all for Gallager...

Ah well, that'll learn ya! Not that you have put it right yet...

Well, Spiridos folks, next move is off to the sports area once more.

Hurray, another game of hockey.

Who are we playing?

I'm thinking if I should actually ask him that, or try to hint at it.

Deel Twain catches you in the lounge and sends his apologies- he;'s dressed in a suit this time.

"Sorry, dear boy," he says, "but I have to go. I was going to leave this evening but a business matter has come to my attention. No matter- I am sure we shall meet her again some time! Practice on the droids for a while."

-

Okidokey, Roan, but try to think quickly!

"Business matter? Alright, I suppose that you must attend to your business of attending to businesses," Gallagher says, with a slight chuckle.

Scan and Empathy on Deel.

Nah, that canny mind of his is still a closed book. He must be a damn good deal maker. And poker player.
