[And yes, Arken will go and see the ship]

Arken smiled slightly and nodded at Lurik's words before turning his attention back to the Captain once more. "Captain, can you have any star charts you might have of the area brought to the hanger the liner is stored in? I would like to examine them after we see this ship, maybe it will give us a hint to our next course of action. And having a look at this cultist's planet will also be helpful."

I feel left out. Everyone's forgetting me.

No worried, Kiu, amalgamation always takes time. So long as *I* don't forget you!

Kiro can indeed get you the local star chrts, which is a good idea.

The dry dock, then. The Orion Phoenix looks sad and forlorn in dock, as if personalyl affected by the deaths.

It looks mostly intact; there is a very sizeable hole in its side, but it is a very big ship (carried thousands) and it could have survived that.

Kiu walks into the ship, and uses sense to see if he can pick up anythig from here.

I'll go and study that hole, tho marcus knows virtually nothing of technology

Kiro will explain to you the situation as you approach.

"The Techno-Pirates like to rip their way into a ship," she says. "I don't know how much you know about them, but I am sure you have heard that they cybernise themselves as time goes by. They always offer up a hand for their initiation. But those who go into their combat programme and become warriors, the first thing they get is a cybernised chest unit which allows them to operate in vacuum. As they don't care about people, only things, they delight in tearing open ships so everyone inside dies, and they don't care at all.

"Hence the gouge in the side of tha ship; people there would have died at once. But we've lived near the Techno-Pirates for too long not to be wise to their ways. The ship is designed with bulkheads, fields, all matter of vacuum protection. It can divide itself into a hundred different compartment, and to break that system the pirates would have to tear the whole ship apart, and even if they could do that, they'd lose the cargo they were after.

"The plan should have been to seal the pirates in where they boarded and then the security detatchments can have surrounded and dealt with them. There were over a hundred security men aboard. It's very galling that it didn't work."

"Did the computer records show any tampering?"

"No, nothing like that," says Kiro. "The pirates simply managed to break through the bulkheads ans overcome the security."

Kiu- the sense of death is heavy around here. The bodies have been left; this is still part of a forensic investigation.

"What about security holocams?"

"They smashed most the evidence. The system is totally screwed over, though you are welcome to try it."

"Vlad job opportunity!"

Ush do these liners have designated seats like an airplane, or is everyone free to sit where they please

"Marcus, the boys and I will move to organize security, if that is alright with you," Xeth says. "Keep in touch, and keep me updated about whatever you find here."

"Sounds ok, but I still want a word with you in private Xeth, later tonight down in a bar somewhere?"

It was a long-haul liner; people had cabins.

thx can I get a list of that?

Yup!

Thx if I get I start checking it, or have it checked by a computer, for the cabin of the missing jedi, then I tell Vlad I'm especially interested in the camera feeds of that section (if possible that cabin)

Well, you find her cabin very quickly indeed!

"Let's go and check that out that part of the ship shall we captain" I'm wondering if her lightsabre is still there.
