On the same scale of the old transmitters to the new, so the scale of anti-air defences on this base compared to the old ships.

No I don't remember that, both other times I've had to destroy transmitters I was a little more concerned with other things...

Rand attacks with Reaction Push/Pull to bowl over two of the Criminals before they get a chance to fire, then uses Combat Push on another two.

If that use of Reaction isn't feasible, then just Combat Push on three.
