Not terribly proud of my abs. Theyre well developed and all, I just want more definition, been focussing on that last couple of weeks, getting there slowly, but surely 😄.

yea, i've been doing the same thing....one of my goals for the summer is to get down to 3% body fat, i'm pretty ripped right now, but i just want to be completely shredded by july
