Wolverine has pierced Gladiator, Thor, Mangog, Ymir, Thanos, and Elder Gods, you name it.A character needs true invulnerability, ala Classic Juggernaut, to turn Wolverine's claws, not just high durability.
Regarding this thread, Wolverine mauls Thing.

That's not true. Ionic Wonderman, Ethan Edwards and Carver withstood Wolverine's claws and weren't pierced.Regarding this thread, Wolverine mauls Thing.
Carver did, but his power was invulnerability (all though... I think he had tattoos... so someone on that creative team is stupid).
Ionic Wonderman was stabbed in the back by Wolverine and was bleeding. Ethan was probably stabbed too... but it was never shown. All we saw was that his suit was cut up, but his skin was fine underneath... which it should be... since he is a skrull, and they all have healing factors.

Another thing, it was stated on panel that all Skrulls have a healing factor? It would have to be damn powerful because Wolverine slashed Ethan across the chest. The thing that makes me doubt that Wolverine's claws did any damage was the fact that he had no blood on his uniform.
Originally posted by zopzopMaybe he had them done before his mutant power kicked in? But yeah that made no sense.

Maybe, but I think the writer / artist just thought the looked cool and didn't care about the discrepancy.

You sure Ionic Wonderman was bleeding? I can try googling for the scan I guess to see for myself.

Yeah, he is flying and there is a red smear trailing from where Wolverine stabbed him.

It's been stated numerous times on panel. Off the top of my head it Wolverine stated it the Young Avengers Avengers cross over where the Kree and Skrulls were fighting for Changeling. One of the YA said something about Wolverine killing Skrulls, he said "They are fine they all have healing factors," then Speed went crazy and started blowing them up or something. On the blood thing, well, just think about how often Wolverine's uniform is drawn covered on blood. Rarely. And he goes through the meat grinder all the time... and his costume is yellow, not black like Ethan's that could potentially hide blood.

Wolverine has cut Cain's armor. He was fully powered then.

There's an energy burst where Logan struck Simon... and later we see the red smear as he's flying, srank's right.
You're forgetting about Mister Clean.
