KING THOR
King Thor wins.
Hmm.
Maybe if Supes stand there and let's him fire godforce at him.
If he's got his thinking cap on, he'll throw a coupla planets at him, fly at him at a hundred thousand times the speed of light delivering the most powerful punch ever concieved and then follow it up with a FIT of sneezes.
Seriously, King Thor has no chance against the omniSupes lol.
Look Thanos and Surfer couldn't get past Odin's shield. Physical strength ain't getting past it either. Omni Supes could manipulate matter? No. Matter Energy Conversion? No. Sneeze and blow away a planet? If you and others say so. King Thor will be safe in his shield, while Superman with all his might will be trying in vane to get through the shield. Thor yawns and summons a Godblast filled with all kinds of ambient magical energy, that Superman's body is not to fond of, he'll be burnt to a crisp. King Thor wins.
Props to Evangel for the scan.

Odin beating Thanos and Surfer means nothing.
Pre-crisis Supes took SIX beams each capable of destroying a planet - all at the same time. Without harm.
The list of seemingly impossible things that Supes has done would more than shame Odin.
Let's look at some of Supes' powers:
He is far far far faster than light.
He can turn invisible.
He can turn intangible ala Martian Manhunter.
He can travel through time.
He is strong enough to move planets.
He can see through anything (apart from lead), see the ENTIRE electromagnetic spectrum.
Superhypnosis - he can hypnotise people at will.
Superman was designed to be just that - Super. Coming from the Latin 'Supra' meaning 'above.'
Precrisis Superman is not being beaten by a Viking. Forget about it.
He's faster than Thor, stronger than Thor, able to travel through time, turn invisible AND intangible.
There's nothing Thor can do to him, whereas Supes could quite literally rip a galaxy apart to hurt Thor.
Thankyou and goodnight.
