So who wins?

probably impreial guard

Nicely matched teams. I'll say 3:2 Imperial Gaurd, on account of their being a well integrated unit. Give Cap 6 weeks with Team Earth ans I'll go 2:1 Earth.

well even a team as well organized as the x-men couldn't take out the imperial guard . the only reason they won was because of phoenix, scott had become hurt and jean like exploded on gladiator

I know, but X-Men circa #137 had nowhere near the power of the line-up above.

yeah i know, but they aren't as organized as the x-men are

Earths heroes. The Xmen beat them when they were a newly formed team. A lot of earths heroes are from the avangers and have much experience working together. The only serious powerhouses are Glads. Thor can deal with him. The earths heroes have jean to handle Oracle and then we have decent heroes left over to take out the rest of their team.

Earth Heroes because Captain America would lead them and freakin giving them orders for all these kind of strategies.
