links master sword can cut ANYTHING that it is evil , except ghost of oot because they werent bad , they are target of a curse,but when they were alive they were good people

AOTD are not evil! They are good but they coward out and the king placed a curse on them.

The last alliance were killing off Mordor's forces without trouble till Sauron showed and they wouldn't have been able to help against the Dark Lord himself.

Yes. That makes them not evil. Because they helped saved Middle-Earth in the Battle for Minas Tirith. They doing that saved the 3rd age.

They didn't have to help Aragon. They really didn't care about the deal. They serve the King of Gondor and only the king and that's why they helped even when the King of the Dead said they wouldn't until Aragon proved he was the king.
