The events of HoM have been referenced in numerous titles since HoM first occurred...

So it should be canon, right? ermm

Of course its canon... More than half the Mutant population was exterminated b/c of that event. Ask the X-Men if it really happenned or not.

any one else noctice in the mighty avenger issue were tony and ms marvel made the new avenger team that tony hinted or over shadow that he new about the skrulls?

I did, the sign behind them on that panel, suspiciously has the word SHIELD printed on it. Someone in SHIELD is a skrull. My money is on Maria Hill, all these major events have kicked off since Fury left and she came to power. Now with Tony as head of shield, there is not really a reason for her continued existence in terms of plot. I reckon Fury will return to pimp slap that Skrull...........

Complete PIS!!

We ALL know it wouldn't take that much to defeat Apoc. 313

The results of HOM, and everything that happened after it started are completley canon- duh.

The flashbacks (Black Panther beheading Sabes, etc.) are non-canon. Because they never actually happened (sort of), and were created by Wanda.

But seriously should it be considered canon?

That happened in a HoM title, correct?

If so, then my first guess would be that it was canon in some way.

We know HoM as a whole is canonical.

So we can't really say some events in HoM were canon, while some were not... Just MO. 🙂

Hm.

So Apocalypse in the HoM is the same as 616 Apocalyse then?

See, I had an argue with someone who said that Apocalypse's defeat at Black Bolt counts since HoM is canon.

I told him that it doesn't count since it happened in the HoM, and not in the current 616 universe.

He responded saying "It's not an altered timeline like AoA. House of M featured the main characters with just altered memories. No time rewrite. Same Apocalypse."

When I said HoM was canonical, I meant it's canonical to Marvel.... Not necessarily to the 616 'verse in every instance.

Wanda's wave was altering reality all over the place.... She gave everyone their "own little world", for a while.. Remember?

Apoc's "defeat" in that instance may have been one such warp, [similiar to the warp where Magneto ruled the world].

srug

I would think of it like a dream sequence.

Is the sequence canon? Yeah - it happened to a 616 character. The dream happened. They remember the dream.

Is it admissible as 'evidence'? No. It's a friggin dream.

😛.

Not all of House of M is cannon. Only the main story line.

dont you think maria hill was way to eager to take down cap as well?

Yeah and she is just now a useless character unless she becomes a Skrull ✅ It's the ideal way for writers to make her useful again

How can Female Regenerators (IE : X-23 ) have Sexual Intercourse ? Because wouldn't their Hymens re-heal after every break and possibly heal AROUND the guy's wang (kind of like how Hulks abdomen healed over the hand he was using to hold his intestines in...).

Comics really shouldn't be examined to this degree. 😘

Which comic is this picture from?
