If Juggernaut was being speedblitzed, couldn't he, in theory, slow the speedblitzer down to his "level", via force-field extension (similiar to what he did with Thor's Mjolnir)?:(This is assuming Juggy is at "classic" levels of course)...
Also, of course, there's the issue that 90% of the time, Juggernaut forgets he can do anything but punch and move forward.

It shouldn't work to take them out, because they can still just back off once they feel themselves slowing down, but it should mean they can't get close.
Mind you, even with PIS off, CIS is still on, so Juggernaut could still fight like a mental patient.

But assuming he actually fought smart against said speedster, the "FF extension" would be a great tactic to prevent that character from completely blitzing Juggs, imo.
Granted they could still back off, but the important part is that once they got near Juggs, they would hardly be moving. 🙂
