Nearly all of the most powerful members of the Endless, [ie. Dream, Death, Destruction, etc.], are confirmed on panel as below Lucifer in power or role..

But then that pesky Destiny comes into play.

Destiny is the only member of the Endless I'd place above Lucifer, simply because everything Lucifer ever did, is doing, or will do, is little more then a story for Destiny to read, as he knows the outcome of ALL.

That's just a matter of how one classifies the word "powerful".

Northstar I believe hit light speed or near it, Quicksilver was around 750mph.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Quicksilver has varied VASTLY.

Northstar's top speed is near-luminal, but not supraluminal.

Quicksilver really didn't have a set speed, but when he took Isotope E I would say he maybe was mach 10...maybe

Nah, the Super Skrull was a class 100 way back when Thing was still limited to 5 tons because his whole deal is that he has the ENHANCED powers of the FF. So however strong Thing is right now, SS is quite a bit stronger.
