I always wondered if the Surfer can actually affect intangiable beings with the Power Cosmic.
In any event: intangibility means the atoms of one object move through the inter-atomic spaces of another object, like when playing cards are lined up right. Since PC can affect matter well below the atomic level, the Surfer should be able to strike intangibles w/o problem.
With what happened in Annihilation do you guys think Galactus is now at the level of other primordial beings at 100%. Will the differentiation ever be made of Galactus at 100% power in any current comics or is this simply some fanboy's wet dream from relatively old comics? I'm trying to see where Galactus is within his universe yet I keep running into his lower (albeit recent) showings against T&A. Can or can't it be assumed that T&A fought a Maxed out Galactus? Do people actually reach consensus here on KMC on issues such as this.

Thanks, since he actually affects the atomic level... would it also be reasonable to assume that he could destroy true adamantium?
Originally posted by Mid-Boss2997It certainly sounds reasonable. But the final word on that probably rests with how Marvel regards true adamantium, ie, just how "truly indestructible" it would be.

Personally, I don't think any nonprotected material (ie, matter not protected by a forcefield) should be truly indestructible unless it has limitless binding energies all the way down to the Planck scale...which AFAIK has never been claimed for true adamantium.
But again, in the end, PC (Physics in Comics) rules.
