other then highfather or darkseid who was the most powerful of the new gods (in the 4th world obviously)??
When Scott embraced his heritage, and made the transformation into a 'true' New God, he easily became more powerful than most/all others [including even the Black Racer.] As a 'true' New God Scott was *arguably* on par with the likes of HF/DS.

Does anyone have a scan of Superman in space with Luthor and he has to escape this huge ass blast that has like a huge ass blast radius? He supposedly had like 9 seconds or something to escape and did it easily.

You might be thinking of the final issue of Superman: Red Son. I don't have the comic freely to check.

Here it is, Wei:
It's a little different than what you discribed, as far as particulars go - but it's still a ridiculous feat all around..

i have one more question (been ona new gods kick lol)....
what characters have either blocked, withstood, or manipulated darkseids omega powers?
Originally posted by MerlynWell, Scott gave up those powers shortly after they were obtained, for a few main reasons..
wow. i had no idea he even was a new god let alone the most powerrful one (potentially) 😱 thanks!!
a.) He resurrected pretty much the entirety of the New God population, which burned up quite a bit of power.
b.) He didn't want to be a New God.

Superman
H/P Doomsday
Cyborg
Infinity Man
Highfather
Firestorm
Wonder Woman
To elaborate:
Superman= Blocked Omega Beams with HV.
H/P Doomsday=KOed/Killed by Omega Beams, probably evolved immunity.
Cyborg=Tanked one shot of Omega Beams from a weakened Darkseid.
Infinity Man=??? I don't know this one.
Highfather=Darkseid's equal. His Alpha energy is basically the polar opposite.
Firestorm= Was able to redirect the Omega Force back at Darkseid using a funnel. PC Firestorm. srug
Wonder Woman=Reflected Omega Effect with her Aegis.
