Two clear reasons why JLA/Avengers cannot be canon:1) The artifacts that were part of the scavengers' hunt in both universes could not possibly be in the places where they were at that proximate time in the respective company's history, particularly, the Infinity Gems, much less the entire Infinity Gauntlet.
2) Wonderwoman confuses Marvel Hercules with the DC Hercules and rages at him for the rape of Hippolyta. However, Wonderwoman knows what DC Hercules looks like and already had forgiven him for that.
1) Grandmaster might have something to do with this.
2)WW clearly asks if this is Marvel's Hercules. She already knows she is in a different universe.
It might not be the best portrayal for either company (maybe more so for Marvel) but it is canon.
If it's not canon then can someone explain how Krona who was fine (at least not turned into a cosmic egg) before JLA/Avengers suddenly after this publication reappears in his new form, something that occurred in the final issue of the crossover?
Events that occur in the current continuity of the DCU prove that JLA/Avengers is canon.

2) Do you have a scan handy? You may be right.
Because it was an alternate Marvel universe that was involved. 7172-Earth for all we know. Just because Spawn kept his shoe-face look in his titles after Batman stuck a batarang in his face in their crossover doesn't make Spawn's curbstomping of Batman canon for New Earth Batman. Not at all. Both companies have to recognize it. Furthermore, it has to make sense withnthe pages.

Yes, but... I doubt that events in both Greek and Latin mythology are canon.
Marvel has stated that Ares was worshipped by the Romans infact Ares made his first appearance in Human Torch Comics #5A (1941). But what i find strange is that in the myth Ares and Mars had different personality. The roman gods are the same has the greek gods is just that thery have different names.
Greek name Zeus ,Roman name Jupiter
Greek name Hera, Roman name Juno
Greek name Ares, Roman name Mars
Greek name Athena, Roman name Minerva
Greek name Hephaestus, Roman name Vulcan
Greek name Artemis, Roman name Diana
Greek name Apollo, Roman name Apollo

For many obvious reasons based on on-panel proof
rather than ambiguous handbook entries.

Let's also not forget that this garbage took place withIN one Multiverse.
which both companies supposedly share, (and that's bull shit)
Also, Krona was more powerful than all the artifacts,
but yet, needed all the artifacts just to snare that alternate Eternity and Kismet,
when just one of those items, (UN for example) shattered Eternity/Infinity and rebuilt them,
let's not even go into the IG.
That arc was laughable concerning Marvel's cosmology,
I couldn't care how DC was raped, ... and it was raped,
but evidently DC went ahead & certified it's canonicity in their world during Trinity.
Thank the heavens Marvel has not followed that silly route,
although, in Trinity, Krona was not presented in that same almighty light,
much more believable,
so it seems DC did correct the nonsense perpetrated in JLA/Avengers.

As far as feats are concerned,
Brian created an entire alternate Universe with a gesture.
It terrified Jude of Earth-9997, (who knew it could kill him with a single stroke)
Jude is the simultaneous embodiment of Death/Oblivion & Entropy of that Universe.
God-Like Mar-Vell of Earth-9997
claimed it was the single most powerful weapon in all creation,
and Roma (no counter-parts) claimed it was the hand of God.
Not many feats unfortunately, but it's theoretcially God-like uber.

Well I was thinking more like old school pirates like some undead pirate supervillain, but are there any space pirates?

Whoa seems as if I underestimated it. Do you have any scans of it?
