What did Dr Strange do to abuse his powers and lose the tile of scorceror supreme ?
he started tapping into dark magics [ie. channeling zom into his being, using dark magic to repel the hood's syndicate from his residence, etc.] because he felt these actions could become very dangerous, strange began searching for a successor. then an attack by dormammu was waged in an attempt to gain his power - this, more or less, forced the eye of agamotto to choose one for him [enter voodoo.]

in a nutshell. 🙂

Yep that's correct. The Original<pre crisis> was created by an exposure to duplicator ray.

what is the current DC continuity??

there's pre-crisis, post-crisis, golden age...

are they consecutive eras or is there a reboot somewhere?

Golden age is often refered to as pre-crisis, but Zero Hour was another era for retcon in DC.

Trying to get into Majestic.

What should I read?

and Golden age from like 1935-1950

Question: Is Bizarro physically stronger than Superman? The reason I ask is Bizarro seems to be portrayed more as a brick despite having all the other abilities Superman has.

The general feeling I get is that Bizarro, if anything, is slightly weaker than Superman, or on par. Superman generally holds back a lot of his physical strength- if he hadn't learned to do that, or if he didn't do that even unconsciously, he'd atomize Lois everytime they cuddled.

Bizarro, being much less intellegent and less adapt with his powers, doesn't do that, and goes full bore on strength almost always. The flip-side of that is that he doesn't use the other powers (speed, frost breath, or heat vision) anywhere near as adroitly.

Although, in his case, he's got flame-breath and cold-vision, but the point is the same.

As further evidence, look at Conner Kent's fights with Match, his own "failed clone" opponent. Because Conner relies exclusively on strength, flight, and his tactile telekinesis (until very recently, when he added heat vision and speed), Match wiped the floor with him (most times) to the point where he needed Young Justice or the Titans or whoever to defeat him. Now that Conner has begun figuring out the other powers of the Kryptonian repertoire, I imagine the fights would go pretty differently.

The terms "crisis" and which "age" we're in have nothing to do with each other.

We are technically in the post "IC" DC age, which we still haven't seen how all the ramifications play out.

"Golden" and "Silver" age refers to a certain typified writing, publishing, and artistic style that is way beyond just what DC was doing.

Did Sentry make himself dumber after the whole erasing his memory. Because I looked at some of the older ones and he seemed like a Genuis

So here's not quite a question but a suggestion:

Since we know that Strange isn't the Sorcerer Supreme, and hasn't been for a while (since well before he admitted it on panel) can we stop using "Classic Strange" and "Current" and just say "Sorcerer Supreme" or "Non-SS?" Seems like that would be a more accurate way to define it.

Yes on both accounts, goldenage is basically when comics first came out and the silver age was when comics became more mainstream but yes their both considered pre-crisis.

Looks like it.

But after pulling a shady move in his "gonna go kill Galactus" quest, he can't lift Stormbreaker anymore.
