He kills Thing, Hulk, Cap and a couple of others in that very comic.

also; hadn't the odinpower been removed from thor when he killed off thing/hulk, and destroyed the shield?
It was removed when he killed Thing and Hulk. It came back just before he eyeblasted Cap.

I heavily dislike Marvel's approach to past/future in its 'cosmology' which I think works twoards their disadvantage in most cases (some writers just simply ignore how it works). DC's much more interesting in this aspect, as with the future Titans for example, or the Legion of Superheroes, where everything is linked, as in changing something in the present affects how the characters develop in the future and it also shows how much of an influence certain characters (such as Superman) have twoards the overall DCU.
Thor prevented his past self from killing the avengers and so on, which naturally erased his timeline. A divergent timeline is not necessarily the same as a different universe. Regardless, it was not Universe 2020. It was earth, year 2020, this was stated several times in the comics.

Oh, you're actually seriously believing this, despite the scan ?Lulz & facepalm then. 😂
shut the hell up you cheeky brat 😐
"Seventeen years ago lord Thor, etc"
PRINTING AT THE BOTTOM, NOVEMBER 2003. Further supported by Jane Foster, being only a couple of years older. It being STATED IN THE COMICS that it was year 2020.
That stance, unless supported by other evidence besides "it's 17 years later and it says EARTH 2020, it obviously means the year eventough it's a typical Earth designate from Marvel!" is a strawman stance.
Luckily for you (and why I edited the post), I think you may be right, but based on something else. You're just not bright enough to bring it up. I'll upload the scans in a few minutes.

He returns to a certain point in time. He does not travel to another universe 😐
Oh wow, you're ignorant and an ass. The next time you want to try and start things with me regarding Thor, I suggest you do your homework.
