How old is Cable supposed to be? The guy has raised like 2-3 kids into maturity at seperate times, and looks pretty old to start with both times. Cyclops once commented that Cable was old enough to be his father, and even that was a ways back. They ever explain how he keeps up his vitality? Maybe taking dips in Apocalypse's tanks before he destroys them?

what do you mean by 12 1/2, 13 1/2 etc. I am a little bit confused please explain. Also, can doctor strange use black magic whenever he wants and still keep his title as sorcerer supreme?

The books I'm talking about have multiple stories in them, the halfs refer to the specific stories in the book, so the first story would be 1/2, the second would be 2/2

As for the Omega Effect, Darkseid does have some kind of teleportation ability because I recall a time he was able to simply disappear from an area so fast that even Superman couldn't see where he went and there was no effect typically associated with a boom tube.

And he can use the OE to open Boom Tubes without a Motherbox, he also used the OE to create one of the Post Crisis Parasites (based, I might add on Darkseid's memories of the Pre Crisis World). So yeah, OE=/=conventional energy blasts.

Totally awesome first issue. Also, the best book both Apocalypse and Moon Knight have ever been in.

How much of Cable is T.O. now? I wouldn't be surprised if that was keeping him partially young; he doesn't look any older "now" then he did a year ago, and he's been in the future with Hope for at least sixteen years.

He doesnt look any older than he did in his debut.

well i never got to read The List.....so i got the Graphic Novel...i have been rather entertained so far and with only spider-mans story left to go i have come to a bump that i can't get out of my head.....after reading the punisher.....is that really it?....did that really happen?.....im very confused....could someone fill me in.....

"Physically" young would have been the term I'm looking for.

Like with most characters it's not usually stated for fear of latter contradictions but I'd always put him in roughly 60s or 70s but with the physical traits of a much younger, athletically fit man. He's been exposed to celestial equipment from Apocalypse in the past (and weakened by him via techno-organic virus) and has all the highly futuristic gadgets to aid his health.

Plus we don't know if time travel has any affects on the ageing process. It could slow or even temporarily halt it.

Most of his left side is covered. It extends across some of his torso down roughly his waist. In the possible future shown in the Twelve storyline from the 90's, Cable had nearly lost his battle with the virus and all but his head was techno-organic.

In another alternate timeline in Cable and Deadpool, Cable lost the battle with the virus and was completely covered and the virus even began assimilating everything on the planet.

There are some advantages to his virus. Although he devotes some (and more recently all) of his telepathic powers to holding it off, it does further increase his already above average strength and acts in some ways like a computer. In the past it has stored devices, weapons and even computer memory.
