He's stronger than the neck muscles of a base level Hulk who's strength can't increase. So yes he's "stronger" than the Hulk.

Hulk had to basically beg for Apocalypse to let go of him. Also, Apocalypse travelled back in time(centuries) along with Hulk in that very same issue. I didn't see any tech being employed...

Lol the Hulk Apoc restrained was at base level and incapable of rage amping. Also it was essentially Apoc's back and arm muscles working against Hulk's neck and jaw muscles. Not exactly a fair fight.

And how do you think Apocalypse got in that position? He teleported behind Hulk of course, while Hulk was paying attention.

Time travel? If what you say is true, then Apocalypse would be able to ragestomp all the Supers at the same time.
