This is an old comic arc, its the one involving the Mass murder of Morlocks and Thor.

that was during the classic "mutant massacre" which is kicked off in UXM #211 and crosses over into x-factor and thor of coarse

Havok dumping Polaris dating Annie was in the 420s or so of Uncanny X-men iirc.

The major DC/Marvel crossover in the 90's, with the cosmic Brothers: is that canon? If not: is the JLA/Avengers the only crossover that is canon?

IIRC the only canon one was JLA/Avengers, but with the DC reboot i dunno anymore.

What did Stryfe meant here? Did he wanted a younger Cable or a Cable w/ full power?

Pretty sure he meant the latter. "Jesus" Cable that is.

During the Messiah War, Cable struggled with the to virus and risked using his power against Stryfe only a few times.
