Agreed. He's about even with Superman in that respect, to give you a range of scope.
Both have been shown as vulnerable to magical AND terrestrial electrical damage.
Still speaks pretty well for Thor, being in Supe's league.
Lightning/electricity being a fairly "stock" attack option, most invulnerable characters are going to show reaction to it.

Depends on the writer I guess.
At worst his resistance is on par with other heralds but at his best electrical attacks and storms have actually empowered and re-energized him.
He's not immune I don't think but if a writer had him laugh off an electrical attack that knocked out Hercules or something it wouldn't be shocking.
Evidently there aren't many comics I don't have...

Anyway, going off the well-beaten Marvel/DC path here, I heard someone say that Scrooge McDuck owns an entire moon made of solid gold, does anyone happen to have scans of that?
The moon was 24k solid gold, 500 miles in diameter, and, according to scrooge, worth: "two hundred and seventy seven untouchabatillions, six hundred and six uncomprehendabillions, two hundred and eighty eight fantasticatillions.":

And he only paid a handful of dirt for it(literally):

He's also learned to use some of the SF's more exotic abilities, like kinetic energy manipulation:

And of course, he's still got super-strength and TP to go along with those abilities. He is extremely powerful nowadays. 👆

Thanks. I did this quickly: http://www.narutoforums.com/blog.php?b=22462
And here I am trying to make it rain with ~$50 in my wallet and a larger-than-average credit card bill this month. Scrooge McDuck is best left to childhood. As an adult, he seems like the most depressing person ever to read about. At least Bruce and Tony fight crime with their money, funding themselves as badass superheroes. Scrooge just flaunts it.
