Probably because Geoff Johns was in charge at the time, and he'd just massively retconned the Green Lanterns only 6 years earlier.

Batman's is kind of nebulous, but my guess is that it was because they didn't to erase the stuff that had been recently don't with the character.

Since Jon's birth was born in Pre-New 52 and i heard the events of Convergence was all a dream and such.

I have some questions about Captain Atom.

1) how could a herald character defeat Nekron?

2) He really created and destroyed a universe?

What the context behind those feats? And why he dont show this power level more often?

Yes, he did but in the heart of the quantum field. He can't access that kind of power usually.

When he was Monarch, a bunch of times in his own series and that's it.

^ Nope. That's just an age-old Superman myth.

You're sure? I see Apocalypse, Dark Beast (AoA was out then, wasn't it?), the Punisher and Electro instead of Colossus, Beast, GL and Batgirl uhuh
