Yes, he does have one but that wasn't needed.

I know it's not 616 Galactus, but did they ever explain if it was 616 Franklin in Secret Wars?

And, what was going on there? Was he just controlling Galactus and each had their own power, but Frank didn't have to use his own? Because if Frank was higher than that Galactus, he fought a Yggdrasill Groot which sounds pretty decent.

That was actually the scan that triggered the question, though I couldn't recall if Dr. Erdel's teleportation had brought him through time as well as space, even if it would make quantifying his age next to impossible.
