I have a question about Spider-woman.

In the Wolverine/Civil War #46, when Wolverine's talking to Forge about MGH, it shows alot of superheros, including SW. Obviously not all of them are on MGH, but I remembered about how SW got her major power boost after HYDRA did some work on her. I'm not asking if it was MGH, just asking about how the power boost thing worked?
