It means you can't really think of a well founded argument to use as a counter point, so you 'reach' for something else.
People generally say "You're reaching" when they are debating someone on the defensive, and it appears that the person is running out of arguments.

I've never heard of any other meaning for "swinging for somebody's nutsack," besides the literal one, of course. Unless it means a low blow, maybe?
Like, if Wolverine said to Parker, "I did your old auntie last night," you could say, "Gee whiz, Wolverine was really swinging for Peter's nutsack there."
I really don't have any idea besides that, though. 😂

If you're 'on someone's nuts' it means that you're more or less giving them oral sex. Saying it about a fictional character is just another way of saying 'fanboy.'

In the "Invisible Man" TV series it was explained by saying that the guy's body had adapted to the invisible state by letting him see spectra of light that humans normally cannot perceive.
Maybe something like that.

In JLA # 3 Stranger tells Red Tornado that by tampering with him they have tempered with the balance of immortality, of the thirteen. I know this may seem like a unintelligent question, but what does he mean when he says the thirteen? Im thinking he means the other Tornado's that GL, Arsenal, and Black Canary are fighting, but Im not sure.
