In Marvel Team-Up volume 3 (League of Losers), there is a character named Terror. He fights with a gun, and when he gets his arm blown off, he replaces it with the severed arm of a fallen team-mate. I dub this completely awsome, but he has such a generic name that I haven't been able to Google up any information about him. Who is he? Where else has he appeared?

But, because they were forged from the Aegis (sp?) Shield, which was another god-magic-item, they were powerful enough to block pretty much everything she could hope to face.
She's had doubts about their strength (I think it was a Supes/Doomsday amalgamation, courtesy of Cirque, that she thought might break them)
Her super-reflexes mean she's fast enough to block most projectiles. Though, I remember when she showed doubts about blocking a shotgun, due to the wide array of fire from the shrapnel.
